Then targets young German football enthusiasts. Our project adds to the immersiveness of the experience of reading a story by allowing users to become immersed in the story interactively and playfully. This is unique because it uses augmented reality coupled with other forms of visual storytelling to create a journalistic project.
MY ROLE
As the Team lead, Design and Creative Director is responsible for conceptualization, design and management of the project.

MAIN FEATURES AND TOUCHPOINTS
Immersive Storytelling: We are creating immersive perspectives of stories and letting audiences interact and explore information differently.
Snapchat Integration: Snapchat has about 750 million weekly active users. We are leveraging on this platform to directly reach our target audience in a way that maximizes engagement.
Contents designed for young Audiences: By analyzing Snapchat users, we are able to design content that fits with their interests.
Partnership with News Brands: We collaborate with journalists from reputable news companies such as WeLT and BILD to make sure our contents are credible, relevant, and timely.
Educational and Informational value: Apart from engaging and entertaining our users, we aim to educate and create awareness about important social and societal issues.
HUMAN-CENTERED DESIGN - (PARTICIPATORY)

This co-design approach fosters a sense of ownership and empowerment among everyone involved. The disadvantage however, at the beginning was managing diverse perspectives, insights and maintaining consensus. In the end, integrating participatory design helped enhance our project relevance and usability.
