BILD is one of Germany’s largest news publications, reaching millions of users daily. The goal of Hey is to make complex political and societal topics more accessible by allowing readers to ask questions and receive contextual answers directly within the article.

PROBLEM

HMW help readers dive deeper into news stories by allowing them to ask questions and get instant, contextual answers without leaving the article?

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY

Increase user engagement and retention by transforming passive news consumption into interactive experiences, while opening new monetization opportunities through personalized content and premium features.

READY FOR DEV

The final design is a developer-ready, responsive prototype that seamlessly integrates Hey into BILD’s mobile articles. It supports intuitive user interaction with contextual questions and answers, while aligning with BILD’s design system and accessibility standards. All flows are clearly documented for efficient handoff and implementation.
